![]() ![]() ![]() I really dislike that change and I wanted to let you know. I think this will cause a lot of frustration to anyone starting out new. I have nothing against the occasional panther to challange me, but I dont want to be jumped by more than one or even 4. Even defensive structures aren't unlocked till lvl 30. so Why would you do this now? I hope you get my point, I wont get my Kebo/Stag out, cause they are too slow and too weak, to survive even 30 meters outside of my Base. I remember the whining about Panthers when DnL just launched. I know Im not a Pro, but this isnt fun for a good player, now imagine if I would be a noob. I dont even know right now when Panther saddles are available. I cannot imagine someone establishing a small base, with structure dmg on. Why did you chose panthers and not Bargeshs? They are carnivores too, just not that powerfull and fast. They start aggroing from such a huge distance, it is kind of ridiculous. They outrun nearly all creatures and hit very hard. Panthers arent fun to engage nor are they fair. If this light is visible, that means the Lord of the Mountain can be found and tamed by Link, though players should make sure they are prepared to make the. I got told the Devs intended this for a "sense of fear" but I dont think being paranoid all the time is the way the game should go. I cant go get berries with my boar or get grass with my Grut Stag cause these beats are always there. There are skeletons/reapers too, when the meteorites fall, but THAT is the small problem. I got a lvl 114 panther, I encountered 1-2 to even 4 panthers at once, pouncing on a longhorn, where before there were only a few longhorns and the occasional bargesh/panther. Its PvE and I gotta say it is not enjoyable the way it is right now. Our server runs on normal settings except taming and structures take no damage. I have quite the base on the hill infront of the Dwarfen starting zone. On weekdays I mostly only feed my tames (which now is quite nervewrecking). Once knocked out the panther eats rather slow and its torpidity drains moderately fast.I am fairly mid-tier Player, most of my time is on weekends. Either gain a height advantage to shoot hooked arrows into it and then run away again to break the tether or circle around the panther and knock it out that way. While trying to knock out a panther do not try to outrun it in a straight line as it is much faster than a player. Panthers can hit hard and fast so it is better to take them out at range. Outrunning a panther is difficult, it is better to try to redirect their attention onto other creatures such as sheep.įighting a panther is ill-advised if you do not have decent combat armor and weapons. They typically have a dark colored fur with yellow or orange spotted markings. How i tame mine on valgureo is i tamed a bloodstalker on genesis 2 and transfered it over to my valgureo and took it over to thenabb zone. (Light, Ice, Fire, Earth, etc) To use the stone, have it equipped and just left click with it, some say to hold, but clicking it once did the trick for me. For instance, when taming a Boar keep in mind that they. They have quite a large aggro radius if they can see you. When you find your target animal for taking, consider the area you are in and the way the beast moves. Panthers are carnivores that can appear in almost any environment. ![]() Panthers are also known as Deathstalkers. Crossing a pack of death stalkers at night means you've basically signed your own death warrant. Many death stalkers prefer to hunt alone, but that doesn't mean they won't work together to take down a tough opponent. They tear out their prey's throat first to ensure their demise. With natural strength, agility, and perfect night vision, death stalkers can stalk and take down prey even in the dead of night. These beasts are the kings of hunting on land. ![]()
